CommentsAge boundary between Late Proterozoic and Early Cambrian may lie in upper part of Camelback Mountain Quartzite. Although Camelback Mountain Quartzite is unfossiliferous, Cambrian fossils occur 300 ft above base of overlying Gibson Jack Fm. Wilbert Fm (quartzite is equivalent to Mutual Fm), ref. ID074.
