Location and accuracy Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 17; NE1/4SW1/4 sec. 4, T. 2 N., R. 1 E., of the Fairbanks Meridian. This prospect is on the ridge between Dome Creek and the lower tributary of Seattle Gulch, at an elevation of 1,200 feet. Accuracy is within 2,500 feet.

An auriferous quartz vein in schist was reported near a contact with Cretaceous-Tertiary granodiorite (Smith, 1913; B 525, p. 194).
