Location and accuracy Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 37; NW1/4 sec. 25, T. 3 N., R. 1 E., of the Fairbanks Meridian. This occurrence is near the head of Cleary Creek, about 1.3 miles northwest of Cleary Summit. Accuracy is within 3,000 feet.

Geologic setting

Geologic description

The only known reference to this prospect indicates it consists of blue and white, sulfide-bearing marble which is cut by an iron-oxide-stained shear zone trending N 55 E. Sulfide minerals identified are stibnite and pyrite (Chapman and Foster, 1969).
