|Location and accuracy||Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 56; NE1/4 sec. 17, T. 3 N., R. 3 E., of the Fairbanks Meridian. This prospect is at the head of Walnut Creek on the southwestern flank of Coffee Dome. Accuracy is within 2,000 feet.|
Geologic descriptionHoldsworth (1952) reported that Walter Lindgren had conducted exploration activity of an unspecified nature on this prospect in 1952. The only other known references to this prospect indicates exploration uncovered gold-lead-silver mineralization of unknown grade or character (R.M. Chapman and Foster, 1969). No other published or private references to the Coffee Dome prospect are known.
