Geologic descriptionThis occurrence is in within volcanic rocks of the Eocene to Oligocene Meshik Formation (Wilson and others, 1995). A sample from a lahar deposit collected at this site by the U.S. Geological Survey is reported to be anomalous in copper and gold (Wilson and others, 1988). | |
