Location and accuracy This prospect is at an elevation of about 1,600 feet on the east, valley wall of Partin Creek, adjacent to lower Eldridge Glacier. It is in the NE1/4 sec. 13, T. 33 N., R. 4 W., Seward Meridian. The location is accurate to within 1/2 mile. It is locality 2 of Csejtey and Miller (1978).

Geologic setting

Geologic description

Lode claims have been staked in Mesozoic argillite and chert (Csejtey and others, 1978). According to the U.S. Bureau of Mines records (1973), the prospect has been staked for gold, molybdenum, and possibly silver. No other information about the deposit has been made public.
