Description:	Given a geographic bounding rectangle, provides a list of data resources with records that lie within those bounds.

Input parameters

bounds	Geographic bounds as four numbers delimited by commas: xmin,ymin,xmax,ymax
srid	Numeric code from the EPSG database indicating the coordinate system of the bounds
format	HTML if the information should be provided as a web page

Output results

dataset

An array of objects each describing a data set, as follows cite ID number of the data set in the MRData catalog title Title of the data set description Short description of the data set url Web location of the data set relative to mrdata.usgs.gov record_count Number of data set records intersecting the geographic bounds that were specified as input
