Data catalog records for a topic category

Description:	Given a thesaurus term identifier, returns catalog records of scientific data resources pertinent to the category identified by the thesaurus term

Input parameters

thcode	Thesaurus identifier (an integer) indicating the source of the term whose id is in 'code'
code	Term identifier, a distinct value specifying a category term
wthcode	Thesaurus identifier (an integer) indicating the source of the term whose id is in 'wcode'
wcode	Term identifier, a distinct value specifying a second category term
order	If value of this parameter is 'a', results will be given alphabetically by title
callback	If needed, this parameter is used to return in the JSONP format
