MRDS records within a geographic rectangle

Description:	Given a geographic bounding rectangle, returns complete data for records located within that area

Input parameters

xmin	West bounding coordinate in decimal degrees with WGS84 datum, west longitude negative
ymin	South bounding coordinate in decimal degrees with WGS84 datum, south latitude negative
xmax	East bounding coordinate in decimal degrees with WGS84 datum, west longitude negative
ymax	North bounding coordinate in decimal degrees with WGS84 datum, south latitude negative
com	Mineral commodity, a value specified in the code variable of http://mrdata.usgs.gov/catalog/term-search.php?thcode=5
f	XML (default), JSON, or HTML output
