Stream water chemistry and streamflow data collected from 28 sites located throughout Colorado, USA. The sampled streams all drain high-elevation mountain watersheds in areas where the bedrock is hydrothermally altered and contains abundant sulfide minerals. Data are provided in CSV format.

Stream water, groundwater, and ferricrete samples were collected and analyzed to constrain the location of a possible concealed mineral occurrence. Data are provided in CSV and shapefile formats.

Data from 102 magnetotelluric (MT) stations collected from 2012 through 2014 in this area to improve regional conductivity models of the western United States.

Based on detailed information on the location of the Tertiary intrusions and mineral deposits, and on the control provided by the Proterozoic structures, all superimposed using GIS, a new outline of the Colorado Mineral Belt is proposed. Older representations are included for comparison. Data are provided in shapefile format.

This data release consists of point data digitized from structural geologic orientation symbols consisting of mostly foliations and lineations from twenty-three geologic maps published between 1964 and 2009, primarily 7.5-minute, 1:24,000 scale quadrangles. Data are provided in Esri file geodatabase, shapefile, CSV, and Microsoft Excel formats.
