Comments In Eastern part of Trans-Pecos and High Plains: Cliff-forming limestone along Rio Grande, underlies Del Norte Fm. Nodular and massive limestone with thin shaly partings. in Finlay Mtns 200 +-ft; Devil Ridge 600 ft; Kent area 15-40 ft. Thickness 426 ft. in Sierra de Juarez, Chihuahua, MX. In Western part of Trans-Pecos Texas: in Quitman and Eagle Mtns. underlies Benevides Fm. Gray, ls, alternating resistant and recessive beds, fine-grained, some cherty beds, and thick beds some siltst and sandst near base; 700 +-ft; Van Horn Mtns 175 ft; Wiley Mtns area 110-170 ft. In Davis Mtns metasedimentary marble and quartzite, tightly folded, probably Finlay Ls
