Relative position | The occurrence is on the east side of Hill 4650 at an elevation of about 4000 feet at the head of Scidmore Glacier. It is about 1 mile east of Reid Glacier, at a point approximately 2.3 miles above the nose of the glacier. The location is probably accurate to within 200 feet vertically and about 0.1 mile horizontally. The location is number 69 of MacKevett and others (1971) and number 48 of Kimball and others (1978). |
