Deposit MONTERREY FM HAS AT LEAST 8 DIFFERENT PHOSPHATIC BEDS WHICH ARE UP TO 15 FT THICK. THE HUMBOLDT BED CONTAINS UP TO 90% PHOSPHATIC OOLITES. THE DEL RIO BED IS SIMILAR IN COMPOSITION, BUT IS ONLY 2.5 FT THICK.
