General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit DEPOSIT RESTRICTED TO BRECCIAS IN BOONE FM., AT SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS
Deposit FORMATION IN 1892 WAS BELIEVED TO BE OF ORDOVICIAN AGE. HISTORY OF RECORDS FOR EARLY ARKANSAS MINING IS SKETCHY, POOR, AND UNRELIABLE. ALSO, WHAT WAS SIMPLY CALLED 'CHERT' COULD BE A DOLOMITE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED BY SOLUTION-BRECCIATION ; INFO.SRC : 1 PUB LIT
