Deposit COMMODITY FOR ANTIMONY IS ANTIMONY OXYSULFIDE (KERMESITE) GENERAL LOCATION IS ABOUT 91 KM WEST OF TONOPAH AND 27 KM NW OF DYER. PUBLISHED PAST PRODUCTION DATA IS OBSCURE AND SOME PRODUCTION CREDITED TO THE B & B MINE BETWEEN 1957 AND 1970 WAS TAKEN FROM OTHER ORE BODIES NEARBY. MERCURY PRODUCTION FROM THE DISTRICT IS PROBABLY ABOUT 8,000 FLASKS. THE REMAINING RESERVES ARE LOW-GRADE AND LARGE TONNAGE.
