AS OF OCT 1996 PROJECT IN FINAL PERMITTING STAGE CONSTRUCTION STAGE EXPECTED OVER NEXT 2 YRS. 1897 DISCOVERED; TRAM BUILT; MINING BEGAN. 1898-9 4,500 TONS WERE MINED.
