Comments Geochemical survey carried out. Porphyry Mo-Cu-W, topaz rhyolite? (Similar to Climax) Piaxtla Granodiorite Batholith. Pre-mineral NE rhyodacite dikes and post-mineral NW andesite dikes. Age of batholith 36 Ma at Tayoltita, 50-90 Ma at Sinaloa (Henry and Fredrikson, 1972). Alteration: silicification and K-feldspar; qtz sericite; propylitic.
