Comments | Beginning in 2001, Hanes and Larga were being explored via diamond drill for Au, Ag, Cu, Pb, and Zn by European Goldfield Ltd. Exploration by European Goldfields found that the Hanes deposit comprises epithermal gold and silver mineralisation occurs within Neogene andesitic extrusive and intrusive rocks and clastic sediments. The adjacent Larga deposit consists of northwest trending quartz veins that dip steeply southwest. |
